Professional Office Staff - Staff that truly cares about your success, and will be there when you need them. This is an asset RE/MAX ELITE Agents have come to love. Our Staff knows that the Agents our their Clients, and that they have to exceed Customer Service expectations.
On Site Technology & Social Media Marketing Guru - Heather Holliday recently joined our team as a Sales Manager in the Suntree Office. Her main focus is to provide support to the Elite Agents. She will make sure you are up and running on LeadStreet, MainStreet, Design Center, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Her goal is to work with you to create a marketing plan that you can put into action!
Professional Office Facility - Modernized furniture with flat panel televisions throughout offices. Two conference rooms in each office with Internet and computer access. Large conference rooms are equipped with wireless keyboard and mouse, which operates the TV screen that is switched to a monitor while you access the Internet.
Call Coordinator on duty 7 days a week! There is no call services or computers, but rather good old fashion human contact for all our Customers. In addition to coordinating calls to RE/MAX ELITE Agents, your front desk help will set appointments with your Sellers. They are also in charge of maintaining our Showing Desk software. If you are out and about and need something printed, faxed, or scanned just give them a call and they will go the extra mile for you. We are all working together to ensure we all succeed.
Full-Time Property Management - We have an experienced Property Management Team that is available to you assist your Clients with rentals. This service is not mandatory to use, but is very popular with our current Agents. Our Property Managers go above and beyond to service Tenants and Landlords, so they can be a great asset to your team. Any Client that you refer to them for Property Management will go back to you in the event they ever decide to sell in the future. Your name is tagged on that file, so you don't have to worry about losing any future business down the road.
Showing Desk - All showing appointments for your listings are set through the Call Coordinator and tracked through this state of the art software program. The Listing Agent, Showing Agent, and Seller(s) will receive confirmation e-mails of all showings and feedback. Once showing has occurred, the system will automatically send up to 3 requests for showing feedback. If feedback is given, then the Listing Agent and Seller will receive the remarks via e-mail. Agents can also manually enter showings and pull reports to share with their Sellers.
NO "FLOOR" - All of your leads go directly to you! No "Floor" Agent will be taking your calls. You work hard for your listings, and you should be the first to benefit from any leads being generated by your efforts. It doesn't matter if it is a sign, magazine, or Internet call. If you name is attached to it, then you are the only one that is going to get it. New RE/MAX Agents typically at least double their Sales Production because of this reason alone.
Paperless Office - All faxes into the Office go directly to your e-mail. All required listing and sales forms can be scanned to the Office for electronic filing.
The Beast - Full Color Multi-Functional system to copy, scan, print, fax, and e-mail. Create custom quality fliers and brochures at a fraction of the cost compared to using a personal printer, or Office Retail Store.
Wireless Internet - You have access to wireless Internet in both Offices, and also use of community computers.
Negotiate your own Commissions! Don't miss a deal because of your inflexible Office policies and timely chain of commands procedures. This is Your Life, Your Business, Your Way!
On-site Postage Machines - Save a trip to the post office and take advantage of this added convenience.
No Sales Quotas - You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself! You will get out what you put in, and we will do everything possible to support your personal goals.
No Weekly Meetings - You can kiss those Tuesday morning meetings goodbye! We only meet once a month, and the format is more of a round table discussion. Agents get together and discuss relevant current market information, and share tips that are working in today's environment. Any FREC, DBPR, or Broker related issues are e-mailed and discussed through e-mail format when they occur. We value your time and will not slow you down with unproductive activities.
No Commissions on Personal Property - You will keep 100% of any Commission earned on selling your Primary Residence. RE/MAX allows you to do this once per year. Investment properties are only charged the 5% Franchise Fee, regardless of what split you are on. So if you buy or sell multiple personal investment properties, then you will retain 95% of any commissions earned.
Sales Commissions paid at CLOSING - Our Bookkeeper submits a detailed form to the Closing Agent, which gives a breakdown of how much to pay you and us. So once the deal is closed, the Closing Agent will hand you 2 checks. One is yours to deposit in the bank, and the other is the Company portion that you turn into the office. You worked hard for your check, so we won't keep you waiting to get paid.
Florida Today - You will receive discounted advertising rates through our partnership.
Overnight Shipping - You will receive overnight shipping discounts through UPS and DHL for all your shipping needs.
Marketing Supplies - You will have access to discounted advertising material through our preferred vendors. Signs, letterhead, envelopes, name tags, apparel, closing gifts, etc., can all be purchased at a deep discount through our affiliation with RE/MAX.
Agent Care Center - You will have all of your tools, resources, Company Announcements, etc. in one easy to use online location when you visit www.EliteResourceCenter.com.
1% Club - Earn extra income through Agents that you refer into our Company. You will receive 1% of everything your referred Agent earns for the first year they are on board with us! See JB or SR for details...

Personal Promotion - RE/MAX ELITE Agents are free to design their own marketing and advertising campaigns to brand themselves. It does not have to be approved, owned, or retained by the Company. However, it must be in compliance with RE/MAX International trademark guidelines.
On Site Notary - We have several onsite notaries that provide this service to you and your Clients at no charge.
FREE Homes.com leads - These leads come in from our Company website and our distributed to agents on a rotating basis.
FREE Broker leads - From time to time I also distribute leads that are cold calls into our Company, walk-ins, RE/MAX Broker & Agent Referrals, or even personal referrals to me. We don't compete with our Agents, so all of these leads are disbursed on a rotating basis.
Transparent Leads Rotation List - In an effort to make our office fully transparent, we have implemented an Online Leads List that can be viewed 24/7. This list will show you where you are at in line, and the source of the leads that are being handed out. We simply disburse the leads in alphabetical order, so there is no favortism going on here!
Flexible Pay Plans - Some Agents are initially nervous or uncomfortable with our standard fees. We adhere to the 100% RE/MAX Commission plans, but also offer traditional split programs to qualified Agents, so don't let this hold you back.
